# Film Library & Indexing Kit

In general, if a film cannot be found to rent, buy, or watch online (including BitTorrent, Usenet, or similar) it should be marked `Unknown`, otherwise it should be marked down with the type of media it is available in (ex. `BD`, `DVD`, etc.). 

If the same film can be confirmed to exist in the same format then it should be marked down as such. Tracking whether a film is the product of a DVR is also important to finding the highest quality available in that media format.

`Platform` refers to where it might be available, this includes `Streaming` platforms, Bit`Torrent`, `Usenet`, or similar.
